3.2 Premium Plan (VPN365 Premium)
The VPN365 Premium subscription provides:
- Unlimited data and bandwidth
- Access to all 60+ country servers
- Maximum connection speeds
- Priority customer support
- Advanced security features
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Pricing is displayed in the app before purchase.
4. Acceptable Use
When using 365VPN, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal activity under applicable law
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
- Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Engage in any activity that could damage, overload, or impair 365VPN's infrastructure
- Share your account credentials with others
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the 365VPN application
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The 365VPN application, website, brand name, logos, and all associated content are the intellectual property of 365VPN. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the 365VPN app or any part thereof
- Use our trademarks, logos, or brand name without written permission
- Create derivative works based on 365VPN
6. Subscriptions and Payments
- Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple or Google's payment systems
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage your subscription in your device's App Store or Play Store settings
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policies
7. Disclaimers
365VPN is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to provide the best free VPN and fast VPN experience, we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service
- Specific connection speeds or server availability
- Compatibility with all websites, services, or applications
- That the VPN will bypass all geo-restrictions in all regions
You use 365VPN at your own risk. We are not responsible for any content you access while using our world VPN service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 365VPN and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 365VPN, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
